James and Mark

“Hi Mark,” said James “hi” said Mark. James and Mark were on their way to school. When thy turned down the alley way they noticed it was empty.

“Do you wana have a smoke before school” said Mark, “sure” James said with a grin. Mark took the first few puffs “ok hand it to me” said James. As Mark gave it to James he had a deep cough, James laughed “smokers cough” he said. After James finished it off they continued walking.

They got to the end of the alleyway James said, “You got any money” “Na you” “Na you want to steal something” “im down” said Mark. Mark and James walked to the nearest dairy. Mark James distracted the guy at the counter while James stole the drinks.

James and Mark walked out and waited until they got round the corner when James gave Mark a Demon. Good score said Mark they carried on walking to school.

Mark and James arrived at school when they saw the school nerd. Mark and James started to walk over to the nerd, they started to push him round. Mark saw a teacher walking towards them. “Lets go James,” said Mark. Mark and James walked away.

The final bell rang Mark and James ran out of school and walked to the dairy. There was a police car outside but they thought nothing of it, so they walked into the dairy getting ready to steal some stuff.

The shopkeeper saw the boys “that’s the two boys that stole the two drinks”. The police officers took the boys to their houses. The boys were banned from the dairy for life.

Each boy was sent to a different boarding school and was on a very strict routine. Two yrs later the two boys are doing very well in their new schools and haven’t been in any trouble since.

Lunch Time Touch

Every lunch time at Pukekohe Intermediate, classroom touch teams take to the field to participate in the classroom touch competition.

Mrs Hancock the school sports co-ordinator, has started this competition. She got students to help with the competition such as setting up the field or refereeing games.

Rules to the competition and the game are very straight forward. Rules for the competition are that you can only have 6 players on the field, your team must have 2 girls on the field during the game. All touch rules apply.

Our classroom has won 2 games against room3 & room5 and unfortunatley lost 2 games to room 4 and room 5.

To improve our game play, our class need to work together, run forwards and eliminate errors.

The touch rugby referees have been and the competition couldn't of happened without them. :)
